35mls Whiskey
10mls Killahora Rare Apple Spice Wine
10mls Spiced syrup
1 Peychaud
20 to 40mls Poachers Classic Tonic

METHOD:
Shake all the ingredients apart from the tonic in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a tumbler glass with ice. Top up with Poachers Classic Tonic. Garnish with Orange Zest. Enjoy!

POACHERS GINGER BEER
SPICY GINGER REBEL
INGREDIENTS:
50mls Poitín
15mls Lime
100mls Poachers Ginger Beer

METHOD:
Pour the poitín and lime juice into an ice filled old fashioned glass, stir well with a tall spoon. Top with Poachers Ginger Beer with Irish chilli. Stir gently and garnish with a lime wedge. Spice up your life!

40mls Rum
25mls Campari
25mls Cloudy apple juice
15mls Lime juice
15mls Sugar
100mls Citrus Tonic Water

METHOD:
Shake all the ingredients except the tonic, double strain over ice, top with Poachers Citrus Tonic Water. Garnish with orange zest and enjoy!

POACHERS WILD TONIC

INGREDIENTS:
20mls Campari
20mls Sweet Vermouth
20mls Gin
100mls Poachers Wild Tonic Water

METHOD:
Quick stir all the ingredients except the tonic. Fill glass with ice and pour over the rocks. Top up with the Poachers Wild Tonic. Garnish with an orange slice. Savour!

POACHERS LIGHT TONIC
THIN LIZZY
INGREDIENTS:
40mls Premium Gin
15mls Lime juice
Mint
40mls Poachers Light Tonic Water

METHOD:
Muddle the lime juice, and mint leaves in a cocktail shaker. Add the gin and ice and shake for 15 to 30 seconds. Fine strain into a highball glass with ice. Top up with Poachers Light Tonic garnish with mint and a wedge of lime. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:
40mls Irish Whiskey
15mls Honey
15mls Lemon
15mls Orange juice
2 Dashes Peychaud bitters
Top with Poachers Ginger Ale

METHOD:
Shake all the ingredients apart from the ginger ale into a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with orange zest and express oils over the top and side of the glass. Top with Poachers Irish Ginger Ale. Sip slowly and enjoy!

POACHERS SODA WATER
MAUDE'S GIN FIZZ
INGREDIENTS:
45mls Premium Gin
20mls Cointreau
Half a lemon squeezed
10mls Simple syrup
15mls Egg white
20mls Poachers Irish Soda

METHOD:
Place the gin, Cointreau, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white in a cocktail shaker and dry shake (without ice) for 15 to 30 seconds. Add ice to the shaker and shake for another 15 seconds. Fine strain into a chilled champagne glass. Top up with Poachers Irish Soda. Garnish with lemon zest. Enjoy!
