The inspiration for the Poachers range of premium natural mixers was found in the ingredients grown on a centuries-old family farm by the sea in County Wexford, Ireland. 


Our range of drinks embraces the best of natural Irish ingredients. They are lower in sugar with natural herbal finishes that delicately enhance and never overwhelm premium spirits. 


Made to be mixed with best of Irish and International spirits they can also be enjoyed on their own as no alcohol alternative.

Managing Director

Brendan and his family have been involved in food and drink in Ireland for over 200 years.


The family first established a public house in a small rural village in Wexford in 1812. By 1998 it had been transformed into a Michelin - Bib Gourmand award-winning culinary, drinks and cultural centre in the County.


Now the family tradition in drinks is being carried on through the award-winning internationally recognised Poachers Drinks.


A Trinity College Business and Politics graduate and an International Business Masters from the Smurfit School - Brendan had been working and travelling in Europe and Asia as a management consultant before returning to join the family business.


When he’s not running Poachers he enjoys a glass of Barolo, Dim Sum, the west of Ireland and his favourite cocktail is an Irish Old Fashioned.


Creative Director

Terri came to the drinks industry via the diverse fields of business psychology, HR business partnering, learning and development and fashion.


A psychology graduate from Trinity College Dublin, she has lived in the west of Ireland, south of France and central London and enjoyed the fine food and drink that all have to offer. While studying for her Masters in London she honed her bartending skills in the popular Bar Atlantis.


Now back living in Dublin she has been instrumental in building a drinks brand that showcases the best of Irish ingredients.


Terri still enjoys fashion and styling, playing tennis and a proper Irish singalong with friends fuelled by her stylish Irish cocktail creations. Her favourite cocktail is an Irish mule.


Brendan and Terri have been friends since their Trinity College days in Dublin. They have travelled the world occasionally crossing paths, but have now both settled back in Dublin with their families.


They now tread the same path as they literally live on the same street! Brendan is the Commercial side of the business and Terri the Creative, but they work closely together on everything. They share a love of contemporary Irish food and of course Irish drinks. We hope you love our award winning premium Irish mixers.
